Russia mourns the victims of the Moscow concert hall attack

Russia is observing a day of mourning following Friday's attack at a Moscow concert hall which claimed 137 lives. While Russia's president is alleging Ukraine aided the attackers, the US is saying Islamic State, which claimed responsibility, was solely behind the attack.
