Disability advocates have welcomed some aspects of the federal government's plan to reform the National Disability Insurance Scheme but say there must be further clarity around cuts to support and eligibility, with fears that those in need will lose access to vital supports. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has played down expectations of tougher fuel restrictions, ahead of a national cabinet meeting today.
