The South American airline at the centre of a mid-air emergency between Sydney and Auckland says it is investigating the cause of the 'event'. At least 50 people were hurt when the Boeing 787 operated by LATAM [[lat-uhm]] Airlines dropped abruptly mid-flight, causing the plane to shake.
