A report from a UK Parliamentary committee has identified shortcomings and failings in the delivery of AUKUS, which it says threaten to prevent promises becoming a reality. The search for a missing five-year-old girl near Alice Springs in the Northern Territory, has entered a third day. Today marks 30 years since the Port Arthur mass shooting, in which 35 people were killed and dozens more injured.
