Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says he doesn't expect to sign a $500 million economic and security agreement with Vanuatu in Port Vila today. A teenage girl has died after being mauled by a dog in the Hunter region of New South Wales. The Victorian Government is due to introduce legislation today to make the First Peoples' Assembly of Victoria permanent and expand its responsibilities to deliver better outcomes for Aboriginal people.
