Telco Optus is now facing further investigation by consumer and communication authorities, after 5,000 people in the Illawarra region of New South Wales were hit with a new Triple-zero outage over the weekend. In the United States, police have identified the suspect involved in a shooting at a Mormon church in Michigan.
