There have been no injuries to passengers after an Etihad Airways plane headed for Abu Dhabi failed to take-off at Melbourne Airport overnight. The federal government has announced it would fund 80 per cent of upgrades to the Bruce Highway in Queensland to improve its one-star rating to three stars.
