Japan's ambassador to Australia Kazuhiro Suzuki used a National Press Club speech to call for the two countries to form an equilateral security triangle with the United States. Indonesia's President, Prabowo Subianto, has arrived in Australia for his first official state visit since being sworn into office in October 2024.
