Former Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews and former Labor foreign minister Bob Carr are facing criticism over their decision to travel to Beijing for a major military parade. Another earthquake, this one a magnitude 5.5, has shaken southeastern Afghanistan, sparking fears of further damage and destruction almost two days after a large quake in the same region killed more than 1400 people and injured thousands more.
