Evacuation centres have been set up in both QLD and northern NSW in preperation for Cyclone Alfred, and almost 70 people have evacuated from South Stradbroke Island overnight. WA Police have charged a 16-year-old boy over an alleged online threat to a mosque in south-west Sydney.
