The Israeli military has decided not to pursue criminal charges against those involved in the 2024 killing of Australian aid worker Zomi Frankcom in Gaza. Foreign Minister Penny Wong has strongly criticised the decision. Australia is stepping up its crackdown on rogue migration agents, with regulatory action taken against three registered migration agents this week for their involvement in facilitating unlawful migration practices. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says domestic and family violence will be discussed at next week’s National Cabinet meeting.
