Street art or graffiti is a form of expression by artists. It could be a controversial subject as it is often done without permission. Melbourne is the world's great street art capital. City of Melbourne acknowledges that Melbourne's street art is part of its vibrant urban culture and they even offer a walking map for tourists to explore it. It is not rare to see a group of tourists walking along AC/DC Lane and Hosier Lane and taking photos everyday.
