As the AFC Women’s Asian Cup gets underway, Nadeshiko Japan is once again in the spotlight as one of the tournament favourites. Behind the scenes, however, a dedicated team of staff works tirelessly to support the players. Among them is team chef Yoshiteru Nishi, whose role in keeping the squad well-nourished is vital to their performance.
