A film "River's Edge", based on a legendary manga by Kyoko Okazaki, depicts the troubled lives of teenagers in mid 1990's Japan. Award winning director Isao Yukisada, one of the special guests at the Japanese Film Festival, explains his fascination in this prophetic manga and what he wanted to convey in this film.
