Trump says 'don't be afraid of COVID' as he leaves hospital

United States President Donald Trump has left hospital where he was receiving treatment for COVID-19 as confusion continues about what effect the virus has had on Mr Trump. The news comes as the World Health Organisation ((WHO)) says the number of people believed to be infected is much higher than previously thought.
