2014年にシドニーにあるJCS日本語学校シティ校で始まったチアリーディングチーム「Springs」。メンバーは日本語を習う生徒たちです。

Springsは今年、シドニーで行われたチアリーディングの全国大会「Australian CHEER & DANCE Nationals」で優勝し、「ナショナルグランドチャンピオン」のタイトルを獲得しました。

チームのコーチ兼責任者である野元さんに、全豪優勝や、生徒たちや練習のこと、自身のチアリーディングとの出会いなどを聞きました。
