It comes as prosecutors say they've released the Pakistani suspect after saying they don't have enough evidence to pursue the case against the suspect.
The man, thought to be a Pakistani asylum seeker, had been questioned over whether he was driving the truck that crashed into the crowded market, killing 12 people and injuring over 40 others.
The Federal Public Prosecutor, Dr Peter Frank, says the actual perpetrator may still be at large.
Meanwhile, the Australian Trucking Association has urged trucking operators to review security for their vehicles and staff following the attack in Berlin.
