298 boats are racing in Cambodia annual Water Festival for 3 days

Water Festival is celebrating in front of Royal Palace in Phnom Penh for 3 days from 21st to 23rd November 2018. There are 298 boats racing in Tonle Sap river with at least 3 millions people from across the country are expected to joint the 3 day events.
