The 7th of January marks 40 years since the fall of the brutal Khmer Rouge [[k-MARE ROOJ]] regime that killed an estimated 2-million Cambodians. Large-scale commemorations, marking the 'Victory Over Genocide Day' are being held in Cambodia, but for some within the Australian Cambodian community, the date is no date to celebrate.
