Appeals Court upheld decision to sentence Kem Sokha

On November 4, 2016, Appeals Court opened the hearing case of acting president of CNRP, Kem Sokha.The judge has decided to uphold the verdict of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court sentenced to 5 months imprisonment and fined 80 thousand Riels.
