Australia has denied citizenship to a Chinese billionaire who is known to have donated millions of dollars to major Australian political parties. The former lobbyist for the Chinese Government - who was a permanent resident of Australia - is now stranded overseas after Australian officials declared him unfit to hold an Australian passport.
