Award-winning Australian filmmaker James Ricketson is awaiting a Cambodian Supreme Court verdict on his appeal to be released from custody on bail, due to be handed down next week. Mr Ricketson faces up to a decade behind bars if he is found guilty of espionage. Human-rights activists and family members are publicly advocating for his release.
