Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has released a renounce letter from Prime Minister Hun Sen in response to the US news agency that Cambodia and China have signed a secrete memorandum of understanding to allow China to establish a military base in the Cambodian Sea. At the same time, a spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry also denied the information published by The Wall Street Journal.
