Cambodia government releases military forces, while Sam Rainsy still claims to return on November 9

Over the last few days in Cambodia, especially on the Thai border, there has been training and mobility of all types of forces, including police, and armed forces. Some residents are worried about security issues and are buying bulk of foods for reserve during the Water Festival, November 9.
