Cambodia Prime Minister reminds Khmer youth to behave on Valentine's Day

Just before Valentine's Day, on 13th of February, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen is warning to the young people, especially girls, not to have sexual relationship with their partners on this western culture holiday.
