Cambodia requested Thai authorities to send Sam Serey back

Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of National Defense and National Police have sent separate letters to the Thai government and Thai police on April 26 to request Thai authorities to send Criminal Sam Serey back to Cambodia after the sentence was completed in Thailand.
