Cambodia sets date to return 1600tons of plastic wastes back to US and Canada

The government delegate and general director of the General Department of Customs and Excise, Khun Nim announced the measurements to impose sanctions on the Chong Yuan Plastic Company that imported 83 containers of plastic waste into Cambodia. The company had to return those 1592 tons of plastic waste back to the country of origin and pay for penalty around $US 250,000 before August 24, 2019.
