Cambodian government imposes a salary tax exemption under $300

Prime Minister Hun Sen has announced that in order to improve the living conditions of civil servants, armed forces, workers and staff in private sectors, the Royal Government is setting out in the 2018 Budget Law. From 1st of January 2018, those with a salary of only 1.2 million riels or equivalent to US$ 300 will not pay tax on salary.
