Cambodian migrants who own Country Cob Bakery at Kyneton, northwest Melbourne has win The Australia’s Best Pie Award twice in the row (2018 and 2019). Khun family has created caramelised pork and pepper pie by using the traditional Khmer food, sweet pork and pepper called “Khor” mixed with Aussie flavour. Here is the details interview with Ryan Khun from the awards winning bakery.
