3 years later, Dr. Kem Ley’s wife, Mrs. Bou Rachana still talking with tears. She says she has not received the justice yet, even though Cambodia Supreme Court decided to give life sentence to the murderer Euat Arng known as Choub Samlab. She believes more people involved in her husband murdered on 10th of July 2017 in broad daylight in Phnom Penh.
