Foreign tourists to Angkor Wat have dropped since early 2019

Cambodia Ministry of Tourism announced that in seven months from January to July 2019, Cambodia received around 3.8 million tourists, with an increase of 11.1%. However, the two cultural tourist destinations – Preah Vihea Temple was down by 9.7% and Siem Reap Angkor was down by 5.5%.
