Letter from Council of Ministers, which has been recently released, says that the Cambodian government has opened the meeting with security committee of International Airport, with annotations by Prime Minister Hun Sen on September 26, 2016 has decided to put forward some measures to prevent, block and ban Sam Rainsy to come back to Cambodia.
