The King of Cambodia, Norodom Sihamoni, granted a pardon to Mr. Kem Sokha, Deputy President of CNRP party, on 2nd December 2016 followed the request from Prime Minister Hun Sen.
Mr. Kem Sokha was sentenced to prison for refusing to appear for questioning at the court.
