Khmer Kampuchea-Krom Federation (KKF) leaded by its advisor Dr. Joshua Cooper from Hawaii Institute for Human Rights along with delegated representative from KKF Sydney and Melbourne have met with Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) raising their concerns about the abuses that Khmer Krom community has faced in Vietnam.
