Mekong floods recede, but number of victims go up

The floods in the Mekong River as of August 14 continued to drop in the upper part of Stung Treng, Kratie, Tbong Khmum and Kampong Cham. But the number of victims has increased to 77,667 families, with 17 deaths, according to the National Committee for Disaster Management.
