Deputy Prime Minister Sar Kheng on January 16, announced that the Ministry of Interior will examine the legal issues regarding the announcement of Mr. Sam Rainsy to set up the National Rescue movement demanding for Kem Sokhas release and free and fair election in Cambodia.
