The 2nd Forum on Partnerships between the Royal Government and Civil Society Organizations was held in the morning of 17 January under the presidency of the Minister of Interior, Deputy Prime Minister Sar Kheng. The forum was designed to seek solutions to challenges and to work closer together between the government and the CSOs in the development of Cambodian society
