There was another councillor meeting last night that once again the majority has agreed to remove the parking fee from Springvale Shopping Centre.
Cr. You Horn Chea, one of the councillors in Springvale told SBS Khmer that: No more parking fee in council car park in Springvale, but the parking fee in private car parks remain the same.
