Police defend delay in boarding bomb-threat plane

Police have defended the time it took to evacuate an airliner bound for Malaysia that returned to Melbourne in the early hours of this morning (thur) after a bomb threat. The incident occurred less than 30 minutes after the Malaysia Airlines plane took off on a late-night flight to Kuala Lumpur.
