Preliminary reports indicate that the heavy rain set 7 provinces in Cambodia into flooding

Preliminary reports from National Committee for Disaster Management indicate that heavy rain for the last few days has set 7 provinces into flooding including Kampong Speu, Phnom Penh, Svay Reang and Battambang.
