Hun Many, the youngest son of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, and the president of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), will organize the 2018 Angkor Sangkran Event to celebrate Khmer New Year in Siem Reap Angkor from 13th to 16th of April.
