Rainfall cut off traffic at National Road and flooded in 5 provinces

Rainfall in the afternoon of July 17, 2018 has been flooded in some areas in five provinces: Kampong Speu, Sihanoukville, Kampot, Koh Kong and Battambang. The National Road No. 4 in the border of Kampong Speu and Sihanoukville was most severely affected by the floodwaters .
