The National Assembly shall hold its first session on the morning of September 5, under the presidency of the King

The National Assembly has invited all the diplomats to Cambodia, as well as some national and international organizations. However, some foreign embassies, such as the European Union, Australian Embassy and the US Embassy, do not attend the opening of the first session of the National Assembly on September 5.
