Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Southeast Asia, Patrick Murphy, has met with Ouch Borith, Secretary of State of the Cambodia Ministry of Foreign Affairs on December 12, 2017, to discuss issues related to Cambodia's political situation, including regional and international issues. In the meeting, Mr. Murphy said that he want to see the return of the opposition party into the upcoming national election.
