Victorian MP Meng Heang Tak makes his inaugural speech in Khmer

Newly elected MP Meng Heang Tak made his first speech in Victorian parliament on 21st of February 2019, with the supports from family, friends and dozens of Khmer community including Buddhist monks. He has also asked the speaker to have few words in Khmer.
