One of the big festival of Cambodian is Water Festival. This festival is organized at Buddharangi Melbourne. Marida Chheang interviewd Mr. Som Chhay, Accountant of Cambodian Buddhist Associatoin of Victoria Inc, and other Cambodian people attended the event.
