While families from Africa’s Great Lakes Region are resettled in urban areas in Australia, there are various reasons why some families have decided to move to regional areas. Musoni Manuel, the representative of the Great Lakes Agency for Peace and Development (GLAPD) has helped families to settle in New South Wales and Melbourne towards rural areas and Victoria. He talks about the challenges and benefits of regional resettlement for Kirundi speakers.
