Bidder pays $10,200 for a beer with Morrison as politicians gather for Midwinter Ball

Politicians have put aside their differences for the annual Midwinter Ball.

Parliament House played host to the annual Midwinter Ball on Wednesday, where politicians, journalists and executives wined and dined.

As part of the event, politicians donated their time for an online charity auction.
