Dementia is not a disease, but a broad term to cover a group of symptoms; the most common being memory loss.

Regular physical exercise may help lower the risk of some types of dementia. The expert suggests exercise may directly benefit brain cells by increasing blood and oxygen flow to the brain.

Furthermore, what you eat may have its greatest impact on brain health through its effect on heart health. The best current evidence suggests that Omega-3 may help protect the brain. It has known that Fish includes Omega-3.
