Dolly's death highlights bullying dangers

Hundreds are gathering for the funeral of Amy 'Dolly' Everett after the Northern Territory teenager took her own life to escape online bullying.

A close-knit community in the Northern Territory are preparing to gather to farewell Amy "Dolly" Everett today (Fri), following her suicide apparently triggered by cyber bullying.

The 14-year-old will be remembered in a public service, where mourners have been asked to wear her favourite colour blue.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has promised his government will work with internet companies to take "every step" in cracking down on bullying
